- 06:00am – 15:00pm
- Any 5 out of 7 days 13:00pm – 22:00pm
At this depot you will be working in a high-volume e-commerce environment. Your role is critical in ensuring fast, accurate, and safe delivery of packages from the station to the final destination.
Supervisors will:
- Oversee daily inbound, sorting, and outbound operations
- Lead teams, assign tasks, and monitor productivity
- Allocate resources based on volume and real-time data
- Maintain KPIs (on-time dispatch, accuracy, error rates)
- Support onboarding and performance management
- Deliver daily briefings
- Ensure safety and operational compliance
- Work with transport partners to resolve issues
- Produce shift reports and escalate risks
Warehouse Associates will:
- Unload trailers and sort parcels for delivery
- Keep the warehouse clean and organised
- Support drivers and track deliveries using internal systems
- Handle customer queries and complaints
- Update spreadsheets and verify delivery details
- Assist with daily operational tasks
Your Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, delivery, or logistics role.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, etc.).
