ACS Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting experienced Picking / LLOP Operatives for an exciting ongoing opportunity with a well-established client based in Daventry.

- Position: Picking / LLOP Operative
- Location: Daventry
- Working Hours: 22:00 – 06:00
- Working Pattern: Any 5 days out of 7
- Weekend Work: Essential – weekend availability is imperative
- Pay Rate: £14.85 per hour
- Contract: Ongoing, with Temp-to-Perm opportunity
🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Picking / LLOP Operative, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating LLOP equipment safely and efficiently
- Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Moving stock around the warehouse using LLOP equipment
- Ensuring orders are picked and prepared within required timescales
- Following warehouse procedures and health & safety guidelines
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Carrying out any other general warehouse duties as required
✅ Candidate RequirementsTo be considered for this position, candidates must:
- Have previous LLOP experience
- Be confident and competent operating LLOP equipment
- Experienced LLOP operators only
- Be available to work 22:00 – 06:00
- Be able to commit to any 5 days out of 7
- Have full flexibility to work weekends, as weekend availability is essential
- Be reliable, punctual and hardworking
