Customer Service Advisor in Corby, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, £13.09 per hour. Temporary with potential to be made permanent after 12 successful weeks. August Start.

We're looking for enthusiastic and resilient Customer Service Advisors to join our client's friendly and supportive team in Corby. This role involves back-to-back calls, so you'll spend much of your day speaking with customers, building rapport, providing outstanding service and achieving positive outcomes. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Taking high volumes of inbound calls.
  • Building positive relationships through professional and engaging conversations.
  • Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues efficiently and empathetically.
  • Accurately updating customer information on the CRM system.
  • Delivering excellent customer service on every call.
  • Working towards individual and team performance targets while maintaining quality standards.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous customer service experience (contact centre, retail, hospitality or office-based roles all considered).
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive attitude with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Driving License is advantageous.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume calling environment.
  • Good computer skills with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute (typing assessment forms part of the recruitment process).
  • Self-motivated, resilient and eager to learn.
  • A genuine team player with a strong work ethic.
