A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our client’s well-established law firm. They are looking to recruit an ambitious and experienced Corporate / Commercial Fee Earner to work alongside their highly regarded Corporate Commercial Partners.

This is the ideal role for a Corporate Solicitor who may be seeking greater variety and client connection beyond purely transactional work, but who doesn’t wish to move in-house. Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload covering all aspects of Company and Commercial law.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice.
Handle matters from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision.
Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to the ongoing growth of the department.
Collaborate closely with colleagues and partners to deliver an exceptional client experience.The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Solicitor with 2–4 years PQE (or equivalent experience).
Strong background in Corporate and Commercial work, ideally within a private practice setting.
Confident managing your own caseload and meeting fee-earning targets.
Excellent relationship-builder with proven business development experience.
A proactive, driven individual who enjoys working autonomously as well as part of a team.
Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to own transport (due to office location and client travel).What’s on Offer:
