Warehouse Operatives – Picking & Packing Toys
Are you looking for your next warehouse opportunity? We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and exciting toy distribution operation in Corby.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure regular work, earn competitive rates and make extra money during the Black Friday and festive period.
LOCATION: Corby
ROLE: Warehouse Operative – Picking & Packing
DAYS: Any 5 out of 7
SHIFT TIMES:

15:00 - 00:00 but will turn into 17:00 - 02:00 middle of October and then to 19:00 - 07:00 at the end of November !
PAY RATES
07:00 – 22:00: £13.10 per hour
22:00 – 07:00: £15.07 per hour
BLACK FRIDAY & FESTIVE PERIOD – EXTRA HOURS AVAILABLE

During the Black Friday and festive period, the operation will become significantly busier, meaning additional hours and overtime opportunities will be available.
Shifts can increase to up to 12 hours per day, with the possibility of working up to 6 days per week.

FESTIVE PERIOD INCENTIVE
We're making the festive period even more rewarding.
During the festive period, you will receive an EXTRA £1.00 PER HOUR on top of your standard rate.
This means eligible festive-period hours will be paid at:
£14.10 per hour for hours between 07:00 and 22:00
£16.22 per hour for hours between 22:00 and 07:00
THE ROLE
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

Picking toy orders accurately and efficiently

Packing products ready for dispatch

Preparing customer orders
-
Working as part of a busy warehouse team

Maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity

Supporting the team throughout the Black Friday and festive rush
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for reliable, hardworking and motivated individuals who are ready to get stuck in and work as part of a team.
Previous warehouse experience is an advantage, but full training can be provided.
