Permanent, Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner to join our client’s busy Commercial Property Department based in their Coventry office on a permanent basis.

Due to the office location, it is preferable for candidates to hold a full UK driving licence and have their own transport.

Previous experience as a Commercial Property Fee Earner is essential, as the firm is looking for someone who can hit the ground running from day one. Full training will be provided on internal systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of commercial property work, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, business lease renewals, and dispute resolution.
Draft and negotiate a range of property contracts and documentation.
Provide high-quality legal advice and support to clients in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate and efficient file management, ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory standards.
Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives to promote the firm’s Commercial Property services.The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2+ years PQE in Commercial Property law.
Extensive experience handling a wide range of Commercial Property matters.
Strong technical knowledge and risk management skills.
Proven ability to develop new business and maintain strong client relationships.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Sound IT skills, including experience using case management and Microsoft Office systems (training provided on firm’s internal systems).
Full UK driving licence and access to own transport (preferred due to office location).What’s on Offer:
