Chartered Surveyor / Chartered Building Surveyor (Equity Partner Track) Wellingborough Salary – Competitive plus benefits and Equity Partnership We are working with a long-established and expanding general practice firm in Wellingborough seeking an experienced MRICS/FRICS Chartered Surveyor or Chartered Building Surveyor with Registered Valuer Status. This is a senior-level appointment with a clear pathway to Equity Partnership, offering the chance to shape and grow the professional and commercial side of the business. The Role Leading on surveys, inspections, and valuations across residential, land, and commercial property. Preparing professional reports including condition surveys, dilapidation assessments, and Level 1–3 surveys. Undertaking valuations for mortgage lending, matrimonial, Help to Buy, Right to Buy, and more. Driving growth of the commercial department, supporting rent reviews, schedules of dilapidation/condition, lease negotiations, and valuations. Acting as a trusted adviser to clients and developing long-term relationships.About You … MRICS/FRICS Chartered Surveyor or Chartered Building Surveyor with Registered Valuer Status.
