Key Responsibilities:
- Managing sale and purchase transactions from instruction to completion.
- Handling Draft Contracts, Freehold and Leasehold enquiries, and exchange of Contracts.
- Reviewing and reporting on search results and mortgage offers.
- Ensuring compliance with the UK Finance mortgage lendersβ handbook.
- Keeping files organised and ensuring all checklists and documentation are up to date.
- Providing regular updates to clients and introducers.
- Overseeing workload distribution and supporting junior staff where necessary.
- Preparing completion packs and coordinating final steps in the conveyancing process.
- Handling general office administration, including post, filing, and account balances.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism in all client and third-party interactions.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience in conveyancing and a strong understanding of the property transaction process.
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to review legal documents accurately.
