Business Administrator Northampton Mon–Thurs: 9am–5pm | Fri: 9am–4:30pm Circa £25k Our client in the build industry is looking for a proactive and forward-thinking business administrator to join their team in Northampton. This would suit someone that is dynamic and fluid that understands the importance of prioritsing tasks. Key Duties: Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations (inbound and outbound logistics) Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records & prepare documentation (invoices, packing lists, customs forms) Resolve any delivery or logistics issues Provide administrative support across departments (procurement, finance, HR, operations) Manage and organise business documentation, reports, and records Handle data entry, filing, and internal communication tasks Schedule meetings, take minutes, and support office operations Support senior management with reporting and coordination as required Required Qualifications & Skills: Experience in logistics coordination or administrative support Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP systems is a plus Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Knowledge of logistics regulations and documentation is a strong advantage
