Shift: Monday to Friday, 20:00 - 03:30 or 21:00 - 04:30

We are currently looking for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a fast-paced operation in Marston Green. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable Monday-to-Friday work, with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operating a Counterbalance FLT
  • Loading and unloading materials
  • Moving stock around the warehouse and yard
  • Completing daily FLT/truck safety checks
  • Ensuring loads are handled and stored correctly
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Following all site health and safety procedures
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working area

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ Counterbalance FLT experience
  • Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
  • Internal FLT licences are accepted, provided the training is accredited by ITSSAR, RTITB or AITT
  • Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
