We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to provide 2 weeks’ temporary cover at a busy office.

This role requires someone confident managing a busy switchboard and handling front-of-house duties in a professional and friendly manner.

Working Hours

  • Handover Shift (paid) (Friday 22nd May): 9:00AM – 5:00PM
  • Week 1: 8:00AM – 1:00PM
  • Week 2: 1:00PM – 6:00PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a busy switchboard
  • Greeting visitors and handling reception duties
  • Transferring calls and taking messages accurately
  • General administrative support
