£14.00 - £16.00 per hour
Monday – Friday 08:30am – 17:00pm

We are seeking a confident and motivated Outbound Telesales Agents to join a growing business. This role involves proactively contacting new and existing small business customers to introduce services, build strong relationships, and help drive business growth and turnover.
You will play a key role in expanding customer engagement within the business by clearly communicating how the business can support client needs and deliver value.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to new and existing small business customers
- Introduce company products and services in a clear and engaging manner
- Build rapport and long-term relationships with customers
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and drive business turnover
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes
- Follow up on leads and previous contacts where appropriate
- Represent the business in a professional and positive manner at all times
- Work towards call and engagement targets as required
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in telesales, outbound calling, or customer service (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Motivated, resilient, and target-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Willingness to learn about agricultural products/services
