ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- MUST be fluent in both Chinese and English
- No upcoming holidays/leave commitments
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is desirable but not essential
- Must be physically capable of handling items weighing approximately 10–15kg
- Must be reliable, punctual and committed to the role
THE ROLE
As an Inbound Operator, you will play an important role in ensuring goods are received, handled and processed accurately and efficiently within a busy cold chain warehouse.
You will help ensure deliveries are dealt with correctly, stock is processed efficiently and goods continue to move smoothly through the warehouse operation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving and processing incoming goods
- Handling and moving stock safely and efficiently
- Checking deliveries and ensuring goods are processed accurately
- Using a PDA to record and manage stock movements
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy and organisation
- Following all warehouse, health & safety and operational procedures
- Working effectively as part of a busy warehouse team
- Carrying out general warehouse duties as required
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate will be:
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on warehouse work
- Comfortable regularly handling items weighing 10–15kg
- Confident using a PDA
- Comfortable frequently moving in and out of a cold store environment
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Flexible and able to adapt to the demands of a busy warehouse
- A strong team player with a positive attitude
- Able to follow instructions and maintain high standards of accuracy
