We are looking for an experienced Transport Team Leader to oversee daily transport operations and lead a team of drivers within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily transport operations and oversee drivers during assigned shifts.
- Liaise with planners, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
- Monitor deliveries ensuring schedules are adhered to.
- Support shunting operations and delivery station activities.
- Ensure compliance with H&S and transport regulations.
- Monitor vehicle movements using GPS tracking systems.
- Complete end-of-shift debriefs and handovers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage operational challenges in real time.
- Knowledge or experience with DVSA compliance regulations.
