We’re working with a fantastic business who are looking for a Commercial Manager to join their team and play a key role in driving growth, developing customer relationships, and delivering innovative solutions to the market. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in FMCG or retail account management who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact.
Duties:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail customers.
- Driving growth strategies and identifying new commercial opportunities.
- Supporting new product launches and seasonal ranges across peak trading periods (Christmas, Easter, Spring).
- Collaborating cross-functionally with NPD, Technical, Supply Chain, and Planning teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Overseeing sales forecasting, pricing, and category management.
- Resolving challenges quickly to maintain outstanding customer service.
The Candidate:
- Proven experience in a commercial/account management role within FMCG, retail, or a similar fast-paced sector.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to spot and leverage opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with ERP systems (such as Rubicon) would be an advantage.
- A proactive, dynamic, and enthusiastic approach to work.
