We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team based in Brackley. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, and ensuring the integrity of our accounting processes. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Xero accounting software
- Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments and reconciliation
- Assist with accounts receivable and ensure proper recording of transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts regularly
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management review
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures

- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or Senior Bookkeeper within a professional environment
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software
