Our client is looking for a highly capable Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join their manufacturing team, building high-quality roof systems and components. This is a hands-on, skilled role ideal for someone confident with machinery, problem solving, and working to precise specifications.
Duties
- Building roof systems from technical drawings
- Solving build challenges, including bespoke and box-gutter assemblies
- Operating a range of workshop equipment, including:
- Elumatec saws
- CNC cutting machinery
- Dewalt chop saws
- Hand tools
The Candidate
- Strong experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or similar production environments
- Confident operating CNC machinery (programming experience ideal)
- Able to read and work from technical drawings
- Skilled with hand tools and mechanical processes
- Confident working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Accurate with paperwork and quality procedures
- Forklift licence desirable (or willingness to train)
- Reliable, proactive, and a positive team player
