Warehouse Operative – Earls Barton / Northampton – £13.00 per hour Temporary – Permanent. Hours vary but will be 45 hours a week and will include shifts covering 3am to 10pm.

The Role:
- Receiving and dispatching goods (both internal and external)
- Carrying out general warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Working efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Complying with all health and safety regulations
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience within a warehouse or food production environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Strong work ethic with a proactive and reliable approach
- Polish or Russian language would be an advantage but not essential
