Role Overview: Baker / Pastry Chef — Northampton / Sywell Area — £14.00 - £16.00 per hour depending on experience. Temporary to Permanent. Hours vary with around 45 hours a week and shifts covering 3am to 10pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing bakery products in line with company specifications
  • Operating bakery machinery and equipment safely and effectively
  • Working to production schedules and meeting deadlines
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  • Adhering to all health and safety and food hygiene regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within a bakery environment
  • Good understanding of bakery equipment and production processes
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player
  • Must be able to read and understand Polish and Russian
