Do you have experience with outdoor power equipment, grass care machinery, forestry equipment or landscaping parts? We are recruiting for a Product Specialist to join a market-leading business, supporting customers and internal teams with technical product expertise across the Grass Care, Forest & Landscape sector.
- Provide technical product support and advice to customers
- Respond to incoming enquiries and recommend suitable products
- Prepare quotations and support product selection
- Assist customers with webshop and online ordering
- Monitor market trends, pricing and competitor activity
- Analyse sales data and product performance
Requirements:
- Experience with outdoor power equipment, grass care or landscaping machinery, forestry equipment, agricultural machinery
- Strong knowledge of serviceable parts and consumables
- Experience with machinery maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of brands such as Stihl, Husqvarna or Honda
- Commercial awareness and pricing knowledge
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good IT and systems knowledge
