We are currently recruiting for an experienced Backshift Supervisor to join a growing logistics company within a busy, fast-paced operational environment. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a motivated leader with strong supervisory experience looking to progress within an expanding business.
Key Duties:
- Supervising and supporting backshift logistics operations to ensure smooth daily performance
- Leading, motivating, and managing a team to meet productivity and operational targets
- Monitoring staff performance, attendance, and workflow
