A respected and busy legal practice based in the Whitefield/Bury area is looking for a professional, friendly, and well-organised Receptionist to join their team. This is a key front-of-house position where you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and professional service at all times. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls as part of a team, directing calls and taking accurate messages
  • Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Checking, scanning, and verifying client identification documents
  • Handling general enquiries face-to-face and over the telephone efficiently and professionally
  • Processing card payments securely (in person and over the phone)
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
