ACS Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting experienced Reach Truck Drivers to join a busy department for one of our well-established clients. This is a great opportunity for reliable, hands-on drivers looking for a long-term role in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Please note: This role is not purely FLT-based — it includes general warehouse duties as part of operation.
Location Information:
- Kettering
Pay: £14.20 per hour
Shifts Available (Monday–Friday): no rotating, set shifts, you can choose AM or PM
- Shift 1: 06:00 – 14:30
- Shift 2: 14:00 – 22:00
Role Responsibilities:
As a Reach Truck Driver, your duties will include:
- FLT Duties:
- Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
- Picking products using the Reach Truck
- Supporting operations and movement of goods
- General Warehouse Duties:
- Handballing containers when required
- Picking or packing
- Manual handling and general warehouse support as part of a team
Essential Requirements:
- Reach Truck licence (D2) (must be held)
- Counterbalance licence (must be held)
- Experience using PPT / LLOP
- Previous warehouse/cross dock experience preferred
- Willingness to support with manual duties alongside FLT work
- Strong communication skills
