Job Description
- Complete health and safety checks.
- Conduct warehouse meetings with all staff, including health and safety points.
- Run batch orders and ensure the operation is suitably manned.
- Allocate duties to staff based on order size.
- Plan staff to ensure customer orders are packed on time and in full.
- Report all absentees and outstanding warehouse shipments
- Manage the flow of orders through the CRM and the warehouse
- Continuously monitor pick rates and KPI's
- Support and assist in the implementation of projects and initiatives.
- Liaise with all areas of the business to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend regular internal meetings.
- Maintain an accurate log of issues, including IT and order problems.
- Book in and complete an Excel log of all customer orders.
- Ensure drivers' manifests are printed, completed, and signed by the driver.
- Report any issues with vehicles to the logistics company immediately and log them for management review.
