Job Description
- Book repairs and defect rectifications with suppliers, coordinating with the planning team
- Manage vehicle compliance, including scheduling services and MOTs
- Maintain driver files and perform driving licence checks regularly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle records.
- Monitor and administer drivers’ hours, WTD compliance, and infringement records using RHA Analysis
- Handle general office administration

- Prior experience in a fleet or transport administration/coordinator role
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
