We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join a growing manufacturing team in Corby. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with previous production or manufacturing experience who are looking to further develop their skills within a specialist industry.
Shift Pattern
- Day Shift: Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30
- Friday: 08:00 – 13:00 (early finish!)
Enjoy a consistent work schedule with no weekend work and planned factory shutdowns throughout the year.
What We’re Looking For
- Production Operative experience desirable
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Experience working in a manufacturing or factory environment
- Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Flexible approach to learning new processes and roles
Key Skills
- Experience Machine operation (e.g. CNC, CMM or similar equipment)
- Quality inspection and use of measuring tools (e.g. calipers, micrometers)
- Working to tight tolerances and specifications
- Understanding of health safety regulations in manufacturing
