This newly focused role offers the chance to shape and enhance the people strategy, ensuring the business attracts, develops, and retains the talent required to support its continued growth.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead both strategic and operational people initiatives, driving improvements across recruitment, workforce planning, employee engagement, learning and development, and HR systems.
