Order Management Specialist Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid) Salary - £28,000 We are recruiting on behalf of an established and growing organisation for an Order Management Specialist to join their Purchasing and Commercial Operations team in Hemel Hempstead. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has an interest in order management, purchasing, procurement or supply chain operations. You will take ownership of orders throughout their lifecycle, working closely with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Customer Services, Finance and external suppliers to ensure orders are processed accurately, deliveries are managed effectively and customers receive a high level of service.Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate order information, including supplier acknowledgements and back-order reports.
- Process and manage a range of orders, including direct deliveries and software licensing orders.
