Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Make outbound calls to confirm delivery details and ensure customer satisfaction
- Accurately update and maintain customer records using the in-house Transport Management System
- Work closely with team members to meet performance targets and service level agreements
- Maintain a consistent focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for customer care
- Good IT literacy, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment is advantageous but not essential
