We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Co-ordinator on behalf of our client, a well-established logistics and warehousing business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous logistics, transport, warehouse administration, or supply chain experience who is looking for a fast-paced and varied role.

Working within a busy warehouse office environment, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of deliveries, customer orders, and transport operations while acting as a central point of communication between drivers, customers, suppliers, and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries
  • Booking transport and scheduling deliveries
  • Monitoring shipment progress and resolving delivery issues
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, drivers, and warehouse personnel
  • Managing customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships
  • Processing and maintaining accurate logistics documentation
  • Raising invoices and updating internal systems
  • Monitoring stock and inventory records
  • Welcoming drivers on arrival and directing them appropriately
  • Supporting continuous improvements within logistics operations
