We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and motivated IT Support Technician to join a growing team in Northampton. You'll be the first point of contact for IT support across the Group, helping colleagues solve technical issues, setting up equipment and ensuring everyone has the tools they need to work effectively. No two days are the same, and you'll gain exposure to a wide range of technologies, systems and projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing first-line IT support to colleagues across the Group
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and user issues
- Setting up and configuring laptops, desktops, mobile phones and tablets
- Installing and updating software and applications
- Creating and managing user accounts and permissions
- Monitoring and checking backup systems
- Supporting new starters with IT equipment and account setup
- Maintaining IT equipment records and documentation
