ECHO Personnel is recruiting an experienced Field Service Breakdown Engineer for a well-established industrial engineering company based in Rushden. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated engineer to join a growing business offering a permanent position within a varied industrial maintenance and breakdown environment. Salary: up to £48,000 per annum Key Responsibilities: Attend customer sites to carry out electrical breakdown repairs, servicing, and maintenance Diagnose faults using electrical drawings and fault-finding techniques Work on a wide range of industrial machinery including compactors, balers, shredders, printing presses, extruders, and automated systems Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance work efficiently and safely Provide excellent customer service while representing the business on-site Work independently to identify issues and restore machinery operation Support preventative maintenance and servicing activities across multiple industries Requirements: Previous experience within an industrial maintenance or breakdown engineering environment Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings Working knowledge of PLC systems Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical engineering Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively Excellent communication and customer service skills Relevant City
