An exciting opportunity has become available for an Employer Engagement Officer to join the Employer Engagement team at Moulton College. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll work closely with employers across the construction sector, developing long-term partnerships that support business growth while creating outstanding opportunities for learners.
About the Role
As the main point of contact for construction employers, you will develop new business opportunities, strengthen existing relationships and promote a wide range of education and training solutions. Working towards income and performance targets, you'll identify employer needs and match them with apprenticeship programmes, commercial training, funded learning opportunities and other skills development services.
This position is ideal for someone with a proven sales or business development background who enjoys networking, building relationships and delivering excellent results.
