We’re working with a fast-growing, international organisation to find a Customer Retention Manager who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and keeping customers coming back for more. You’ll take ownership of high-value customer accounts, ensuring they stay engaged, satisfied, and loyal. From analysing performance data to supporting key meetings, you’ll play a central role in delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build strong relationships with key B2B clients
  • Monitor customer performance, orders, and KPIs
