As a Client Service Specialist, you will deliver high-level technical and administrative support to a team of Financial Advisers, ensuring exceptional client service at all times. You will play a critical role in managing complex cases, supporting business submissions, and overseeing workflow to maintain the highest operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support advisers with admin and technical tasks
  • Act as a key contact for client and team queries
  • Maintain accurate client data and systems (e.g., Salesforce)
