Do you have experience with construction equipment parts, plant machinery or compact earth-moving equipment? We’re looking for a Product Specialist to join a market-leading business, providing technical product support and advice across a specialist construction parts range.
The Role
- Respond to technical customer enquiries
- Prepare quotations and recommend suitable parts
- Support customers with online ordering/webshop use
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing
- Analyse sales data and product performance
- Work with internal teams to improve product offering
About You
You’ll ideally have experience in:
- Construction equipment parts
- Plant machinery or agricultural machinery
- Equipment servicing, maintenance or repair
- Technical parts sales or product support
Skills needed:
- Strong technical knowledge of serviceable parts
- Good understanding of compact construction equipment
- Commercial awareness and pricing knowledge
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
