We’re looking for an experienced Fulfilment Manager to lead a busy fulfilment operation, keep stock accurate, and ensure all client orders are processed correctly and on time. This role suits someone hands-on, organised, and confident managing people in a fast-paced production, packing or print environment.
What will you be doing?
- Oversee daily fulfilment activity, stock control and documentation.
- Ensure all goods in/out meet customer SLAs.
- Lead, support and train the fulfilment team.
- Maintain accurate data on Workx/MIS systems.
- Support incoming/outgoing deliveries when required.
- Work closely with Operations, Production and Client Services to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
Experience / qualifications required
- Experience in fulfilment/production/packing (5+ years ideal).
- Confident people manager with a hands-on approach.
- Strong attention to detail and able to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Reliable, organised and committed to delivering a high standard of work.
