Sunday-Thursday 07:00am-15:00pm
Tuesday- Saturday- .07:00am-15:00pm
As Warehouse Team Leader, you'll oversee a dedicated team of warehouse operatives for our client in a fast-paced environment. You'll ensure daily operations run smoothly, targets are met, and team members are motivated.
Key Duties:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse operatives during night shifts.
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations.
- Monitor team performance and productivity, providing coaching and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate stock control and assist with inventory management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment in a supervisory role.
