Registered Manager – Children's Home Salary: £60,000 per annum | Full-time | Permanent We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our new children's residential home, in Oldbury. This home will provide a nurturing, therapeutic and trauma-informed environment for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Our approach is rooted in PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy), relationship-based practice and a strong commitment to safeguarding and positive outcomes. The Role As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management, leadership and development of the home, ensuring that children receive safe, consistent and high-quality care. You will: Lead and develop a motivated and skilled residential childcare team. Ensure the home consistently meets Ofsted and regulatory requirements. Promote a strong safeguarding culture and ensure children are protected from harm. Ensure care is child-centred, trauma-informed and underpinned by PACE principles.
