Our client is a growing organisation looking for friendly, confident and motivated Outreach Executives to join their expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and making a difference, with full training provided.
The Role
As an Outreach Executive, you will:
- Make professional and engaging telephone calls
- Build positive relationships with members of the public and organisations
- Secure fundraising opportunities and venue bookings
- Generate leads and support outreach campaigns
- Complete welcome, supporter and stewardship calls
- Conduct surveys and gather valuable feedback
- Accurately update internal systems and CRM records
- Provide a high level of customer service throughout every conversation
About You
The client is looking for individuals who are:
- Confident and comfortable speaking on the telephone
- Friendly, approachable and professional
- Excellent communicators and active listeners
- Reliable, self-motivated and organised
- Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
- Positive and willing to learn
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Previous experience in customer service, telesales, fundraising, hospitality, call centres or telephone-based roles would be beneficial, but is not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
