We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Delivery Station Associate colleague to join a busy logistics team in Canning Town. This role offers a mix of warehouse, administration, and customer service duties, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position after a successful temporary period.

Key Requirements:
- Complete daily Health & Safety checks and paperwork.
- Record driver attendance, hours and allocations.
- Prepare and update driver schedules.
- Record vehicle usage and movements.
- Update daily reports and operational records using company systems and apps.
- Record deliveries, collections, returns and rejected parcels.
- Monitor recycling boxes and complete related paperwork.
- Support route planning and keep information up to date.
- Communicate with drivers and depot colleagues to resolve any issues.
- Complete end-of-shift checks and ensure all paperwork and systems are up to date.
- Unloading and loading parcels from company vans
Key Skills:
- Previous warehouse and administration or customer service experience
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Basic IT skills required, including using spreadsheets
- A proactive attitude and good attention to detail
