Warehouse Team Leader to join their busy delivery station.

Working within a fast-paced picking and packing distribution centre, you will support the day-to-day operation, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and high standards across the warehouse.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on team leader with proven experience leading teams within a warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment environment.

  • Shift Pattern
  • 5 out of 7 days- 06:00-15:00 (Shift to be confirmed on first shift)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of warehouse operatives.
  • Ensure picking, packing, and dispatch targets are achieved.
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, and accuracy.
  • Motivate, coach, and support team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Promote a safe working environment and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
  • Resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate where required.
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the warehouse.

What We're Looking For

Essential

Previous team management experience within a warehouse, distribution, fulfilment, or logistics environment.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven operation.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.

Please note that this is a full time, temp-perm role (after 12 successful weeks).

You must be able to work 40 hours per week and be willing to commit to a long term, permanent role.
