Contract/Operations Team Leader

About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will manage projects and teams across multiple sites, ensuring operations run smoothly. The role combines office-based coordination with hands-on support on the ground. While prior experience is helpful, the key qualities we’re looking for are a positive attitude, technical aptitude, and a willingness to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Oversee daily activities of staff and contractors, ensuring efficient operations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard.
- Monitor progress and provide updates to management.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities and documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Be flexible and willing to engage in operational, hands-on tasks to support the team.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proactive, can-do attitude with strong technical aptitude.
- Some relevant experience is helpful but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar project management tools.
- Full UK driving licence.
