Business Development Executive
North West London
Full-Time – Monday – Friday
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Excellent Benefits
The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you'll work closely with Business Development Managers to generate new business, develop relationships and support funding applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
What You'll Be Doing
Build and develop strong relationships with new and existing finance brokers.
Generate new business through proactive outbound activity and by managing inbound enquiries.
Guide brokers through the full application process, from initial enquiry through to funding.
Review and package funding applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Manage your own pipeline using Salesforce, keeping records accurate and up to date.
Liaise with Credit, Operations and Fulfilment teams to ensure applications progress smoothly.
Keep brokers informed throughout the lending process, providing regular updates and resolving queries.
Support the onboarding of new broker relationships.
Identify opportunities to improve the broker journey and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Develop a thorough understanding of lending products, eligibility criteria and internal processes.

Confident using Microsoft Office, with CRM experience (Salesforce advantageous).
