Customer Services Coordinator
Location: Biggleswade
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
We’re looking for an organised Customer Services Coordinator to handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations and process orders for a busy Biggleswade business. This is a varied role where you’ll keep customers informed and help work move smoothly through the team.
What you’ll be doing
- Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Preparing estimates and quotations, including revisions and follow-up.
- Processing orders and checking details for accuracy.
- Coordinating jobs with the operational team and updating customers on progress.
- Maintaining records using internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Supporting the wider customer service team with day-to-day administration.
About you
- At least three years’ experience in customer service and administration.
- Experience preparing quotations or estimates and processing orders.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.
- Confidence managing several priorities in a busy environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
- A professional telephone manner and a willingness to learn new systems.
