- Our client is looking for an experienced
Warehouse Team Leader to join their busy delivery station in Bellshill.
Working within a fast-paced picking and packing distribution centre, you will support the day-to-day operation, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and high standards across the warehouse.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on team leader with proven experience leading teams within a warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of warehouse operatives.
- Ensure picking, packing, and dispatch targets are achieved.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and accuracy.
- Motivate, coach, and support team members to achieve operational goals.
- Promote a safe working environment and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate where required.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the warehouse.
What We're Looking For
Essential
Previous team management experience within a warehouse, distribution, fulfilment, or logistics environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven operation.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
Please note that this is a full time, temp-perm role (after 12 successful weeks).
You must be able to work 40 hours per week and be willing to commit to a long term, permanent role.
