Working Hours: Monday – Friday / 1 in 3 Saturdays - 46.33 Hours weekly

We are currently working with a main dealership client who are actively hiring for an Aftersales advisor to join their growing team. If you would be interested, apply now!

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Updating customers on their vehicle and any potential work that needs to be done
  • Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly
  • Booking vehicles into the workshop
  • Achieving set performance targets by upselling products
  • Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines

Your background & skill:

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Great attention to detail
  • A background in customer service would be highly advantageous
  • Experience using computer software systems
