A leading global food company is seeking an NPD Assistant Manager to join its growing team in Hertfordshire. Reporting to the NPD Controller, this position plays a key role in supporting product development across all stages - from concept creation through to product launch. The role would suit someone with strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for food innovation.
This is a collaborative position, working closely with internal teams such as Technical, Supply Chain, and Commercial, as well as directly engaging with customers and suppliers. The role also supports the Commercial team in preparing and delivering customer presentations and staying alert to food trends and market insights that can drive innovation.
