Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) inspections and servicing activities
- Perform remedial works, repairs, and project installations on fuel and liquid management systems
- Conduct inspections and maintenance activities in accordance with industry standards and regulations
- Install, maintain, modify, and decommission pipework systems and associated equipment
- Complete accurate service reports and documentation using digital reporting systems
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while representing the business professionally
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within a mechanical engineering, maintenance, or installation environment
- NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance, Engineering Installation, or equivalent qualification
- Strong IT skills with the ability to complete electronic reports and documentation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to obtain security clearances, including DBS and higher-level government clearances where required
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Experience threading pipework from ½" to 2" using a range of thread types
- Experience working with double-skinned and plastic pipework systems
- Knowledge of pipe containment and support systems
- Experience installing, maintaining, inspecting, and decommissioning industrial pipework systems
- Experience working with specialist flexible pipework systems or equivalent products
- Previous experience working on fuel systems or hazardous substance installations
- CompEx Mechanical qualification for hazardous areas
- Additional industry certifications, including OFTEC and confined space training
