Are you a strategic financial leader ready to take ownership of global financial operations in a high-tech manufacturing environment? We’re seeking an experienced Site Controller to join a market-leading organization in North Wales, specializing in advanced scientific instrumentation sold worldwide.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with senior leadership to manage global P&L and balance sheet performance
- Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly financial forecasts
- Oversee UK statutory reporting and global financial consolidation
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and corporate policies
- Support internal and external audits and collaborate on tax-related matters
- Drive improvements in month-end processes, FP&A, and compliance
- Report directly to the Division VP BU Controller
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or ACCA a strong plus)
- 10+ years of experience in controlling and accounting, including UK Management Accounts
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel; HFM experience is a plus
